Welcome to TTH Athletic Performance (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or training plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. About Us

TTH Athletic Performance is operated by Jack Jarrett, a sole trader based in the UK. We provide online and in-person athletic coaching services, including training plans, performance support, and educational content.

 

 

2. Services Offered

We offer:

  • Online training plans via MyPTHub

  • 1-to-1 coaching (in-person or virtual)

  • Educational content and resources

All services are subject to availability and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

 

 

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made direct via Jack Jarrett.

  • Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment via Stripe.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and may change with notice.

 

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Online plans: Non-refundable once payment submitted. 

  • 1-to-1 sessions: Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellations later will be charged in full.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with UK consumer law.

 

 

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

By participating in our training services, you confirm that:

  • You are in good physical health and have consulted a medical professional if needed.

  • You understand that physical training carries inherent risks.

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation and waive liability for injury or loss, except where caused by our negligence.

 

 

6. Minors and Parental Consent
Our services are primarily intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Clients under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in any coaching sessions or access training plans. By using our services, you confirm that you are either over 18 or have obtained appropriate consent. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including training plans, videos, and branding—is the property of TTH Athletic Performance and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

8. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Injury or damage resulting from misuse of our services

  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g. platform outages)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

 

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
