Park‑based coaching means training outdoors in Canterbury’s local parks and fields as well as the surrounding Kent areas using minimal equipment. We focus on speed, power, and movement mechanics in a practical, inclusive environment.
All abilities are welcome. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, sessions are tailored to your level.
We understand that gyms are not for everyone, so we specialize in outdoor speed and power training. Our sessions work on mechanics, movement quality, and inclusivity, not just lifting weights indoors.
