Our speed and power sessions are designed to unlock your athletic potential through focused, high-quality movement work in a real world setting, on grass. No machines, no tricks, no barbell — just proven sprint mechanics, acceleration drills, and explosive movement patterns that build real-world speed and are transferable to every environment. Whether you're chasing a personal best, improving for sport, or just want to feel more powerful, these sessions push you forward.

We look at the fundamentals of sprinting — posture, rhythm, ground contact, and power— as well as how to generate more power from our bodes and work with you to maximise this. It’s not about running fast for the sake of it; it’s about moving better, feeling stronger, and building confidence in every stride.
