
Power and Explosiveness
You don’t need a barbell to build power. At TTH, we train explosiveness using bodyweight, ground reaction, and smart movement patterns that translate directly to sport and life.
These sessions focus primarily on lower-body power — jump mechanics, plyometrics, and reactive drills — but also include targeted upper-body and core work to develop full-body force production. Expect rotational power, push mechanics, and trunk control that support running, jumping, and athletic movement across the board.
